Areatta? Terms of Service

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions for using the smartphone application "Areatta?" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") provided by hovvy (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). Users shall use the App upon agreeing to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Content)

The App is a local-only memo application that provides household inventory management and shopping list functions:

• Registration, editing, and deletion of items (ingredients, daily necessities, etc.)
• Status management (In Stock / To Buy)
• Checking off items and bulk status updates via Shopping Mode
• Local data storage on the user's device

Article 3 (Usage Fees)

The App is completely free to use. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Article 4 (Data Management and Disclaimer)

1. All data registered in the App is stored exclusively on the user's device. We do not store or back up user data on any server.
2. We are not responsible for any loss of data caused by device loss, malfunction, device replacement, or uninstallation of the App.
3. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App, nor use it for any purpose that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals.

Article 6 (Changes to Terms and Termination of Service)

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or change/terminate the provision of the App as necessary.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance for any disputes related to the App.
